Personal Coaching
01 — Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is a combination of getting acquainted with each other, outlining goals, making a plan, and answering any preliminary questions. Maximum 1 hour.
02 — Virtual Coaching: Phone & Messaging
Coaching in person is booked in hourly sessions. Face-to-face coaching can also be booked for an 8-hour day (mileage rates apply for travel).
03 — Virtual Coaching: Facetime & Skype
Coaching via video call booked in hourly sessions.
04 — Face-to-Face Coaching
Coaching via telephone or text messaging is booked in hourly sessions. Texas messaging sessions are 1-hour question-and-answer study sessions.
05 — Application Review
Page-by-page editing services for applications to help you make the best first impression at your rodeo queen contest.
06 — Speech Revision
Revision of speeches includes suggested edits and corrections of prepared speeches.
07 — Rodeo Queen Clinician
Hire Lisa as a clinician where she provides comprehensive instruction on all aspects of being a rodeo queen.
