Ericka Vrooman, Miss Rodeo New York 2022

Ericka Vrooman, Miss Rodeo New York 2022

I was introduced to Lisa and her coaching program ARISE from the guidance of Miss Rodeo New York 2019. When I started to run for Miss Rodeo New York I knew I needed help to be the best rodeo queen and overall a more polished version of myself. Being coached by Lisa for the last two years I was able to accomplish just that. From our weekly FaceTime sessions, [1-hour] rapid-fire texting sessions, the Facebook group, and monthly newsletter I improved my comprehension of rodeo.

When I attended the Texas clinic I was able to spend a day with Lisa working on my horsemanship where I jump-rode 4 of her horses. When I first became Miss Rodeo New York I had a hard time staying out of my head when I rode a new horse. I lacked the confidence to be the rider I needed to be and with her help, I left with ways to be confident in how I needed to handle a new horse. Working with Lisa has truly been life-changing not just as a queen but as a young adult.

She truly cares about you and wants to help you achieve your goals as a rodeo queen.
